If you did not receive the payment to your Mistertango account in two banking days, please write us to support@mistertango.com and send us the extract of the payment from your bank as a proof of payment.

Also please pay your attention at these aspects:

1. We are not able to receive the payment in other currency and SWIFT payments to SEPA IBANs. These payments are automatically refunded back to the sender.

2. At the moment we are not able to offer the possibility to send and receive SWIFT transfers. Only SEPA payments can be received.
